Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Check-in is contact-free with a keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Yes. We’re in the heart of town, right next to restaurants and a bar with live music. It usually wraps up by 11:00 PM, though it can run later on weekends. And this is Mexico: fiestas can last all night and dogs bark. The noise is really just part of the experience. Every suite has complimentary earplugs and a MODIO commercial-grade white noise machine.

Yes. We’re an adults-only property and can’t accommodate guests under 18.

Playa la Manzanilla is a 5-minute walk away, with calm water and white sand. Marina Riviera Nayarit and the town square are right across the street. More about the beach.

The whole house has a water filtration system, and we provide fresh drinking water jugs in every suite.

Stays over 14 nights include a complimentary weekly cleaning. For shorter stays, cleanings can be scheduled for an extra fee. Fresh linens and towels are available anytime.

We love our furry guests! Dogs are welcome in some suites, one dog per reservation, and every dog must be approved by us before you book. Send us a message with your dog’s breed and weight and we’ll confirm. A pet fee of $500 MXN per night applies, and the Primary Suite is pet-free.

The casa is a small, shared space, and our housekeeper takes extra care to deep clean after every four-legged stay, so we keep one dog per booking and ask for a few house rules: keep your dog on a leash at all times, including in the courtyard and around the pool. Bathroom breaks happen out on the street, never on the property, and please clean up after them. Dogs stay off the beds, sofas and other furniture.

Yes. With advance notice, Casa Bella Cruz can be booked as a whole for up to 12 guests, including the Master Suite. Request a quote.

La Cruz is about 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) by taxi or Uber. For a cheaper fare, we recommend crossing the pedestrian bridge outside the terminal and catching an Uber or taxi on the other side of the highway. With a lot of luggage, the official airport taxis right out front may be worth the extra cost. Prefer a ride waiting for you? We’re happy to arrange a pickup.

There’s no private parking or garage at Casa Bella Cruz, so parking is on the street. A spot right in front of our door, which is in view of our exterior cameras, is usually easy to find. We’re also right next to the entrance of Marina Riviera Nayarit, which has its own security around the clock, and guests generally find it a calm, easy place to park.

It is public street parking, so we can’t reserve spaces or be responsible for vehicles or anything left inside. As anywhere, lock up and keep valuables out of the car.

Mostly on foot: the marina, the beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. For anything farther, like Bucerías, Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta, there’s a taxi stand on the town square right next to the casa, with fares posted.

Right in town, local shops, butcher shops and the fish market at the marina cover all the essentials. For a bigger grocery run, La Comer and the other large stores in Bucerías are a short drive away. Grab a taxi from the stand on the square, right across the street.

Yes. Super-fast Wi-Fi covers the whole property, from the pool to the rooftop palapa.

Happily. We can help with private chefs, tours, cooking classes, transportation, massages and special touches waiting in your suite when you arrive. Just let us know ahead of time.
